JOIN OUR COMMUNITY
Joining our community is simple. First, read over our Leasing Policy to make sure you qualify. Then download our Application to Rent file (see below) and send it with your application fee. We require an application from every resident over the age of 18. Make sure all applicants have signed their applications, provided their social security numbers, and included their full addresses (city, state, and ZIP code). We'll run a credit report and verify the income and rental history for each applicant...and that's all it takes!
APPLICATION FEE
$35 per adult resident
Please fill out a separate application for each adult who will be on the lease.
We accept checks or money orders payable to 1785 Almaden LLC. You can also pay your application fee via AppFolio, our property management software; we can send you a link should you choose to use this option.
LEASE TERMS
Utilities: Sewer paid by Landlord. Water and electric, metered by unit, paid by Resident. Cable/Internet: AT&T or Comcast/Xfinity. Trash divided by community.
Terms: Initial 12-month lease preferred
Pet Rent and Electric Car Charging: Monthly fee
