Emergency Procedures:

Residents reporting a maintenance emergency should call (408) 376-5001 or place a work service via AppFolio.

In case of fire or law enforcement emergency, call 911.

If an unauthorized vehicle is parking in your space, please note the make, model, license plate of the vehicle, and call (408) 376-5001.

If another resident is causing a disturbance during quiet hours (10 PM to 7 AM), please ask the resident to stop. If the problem continues, please contact the property manager.
